Measure out the Gaslamp Sea Salt and Olive Oil Popcorn, and place in a large mixing bowl. In a large microwavable bowl, melt the marshmallows and butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals, until melted. Stir the mixture until smooth. Stir the red velvet cake mix into the melted mixture. Immediately pour the red velvet mixture over the popcorn until all of the popcorn is coated. Once the coated popcorn is slightly, but not completely cooled, mix in the chocolate chips.

Popping with pride I have to write and compliment you on your Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn. We have to say it is the BEST and I mean the BEST we have ever had. Who is, "we" do you ask? My Mom and Dad and of course, me. My Mom purchased it at Vons in Oxnard, California. We sat and ate just about the entire bag at one sitting.
