Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:

Popcorn Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet heavily with cooking spray. Spread the 12 cups of Gaslamp Sea Salt and Olive Oil Popcorn evenly over the baking sheet (you may need 2 baking sheets if the popcorn does not lay in one even layer). In a small saucepan, add the peanut butter, jelly, and salt and melt over medium-high heat. Stir often until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove the mixture from heat. Drizzle the mixture over the Gaslamp Sea Salt and Olive Oil Popcorn until the majority of the popcorn is coated with the mixture.

Mix the popcorn with a large spoon and spread the popcorn along the baking sheet until there is one even layer on the baking sheet again. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, stirring the popcorn mixture every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and completely cool the popcorn. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container.

A perfect popcorn recipe for a light after school treat.

Popping with pride I have to write and compliment you on your Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn. We have to say it is the BEST and I mean the BEST we have ever had. Who is, "we" do you ask? My Mom and Dad and of course, me. My Mom purchased it at Vons in Oxnard, California. We sat and ate just about the entire bag at one sitting. It wasn't hard at all due to the deliciousness of the popcorn. Keep up the great work, as I am sure everyone who bites into the Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn, smiles the sweetest smile.
