Mini Caramel Chocolate Balls

Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:
14 cups Gaslamp Sea Salt & Olive Oil Popcorn
1 (14 oz.) package soft caramel candies, unwrapped
4 Tbsp. butter
1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
Colorful sprinkles

Popcorn Recipe Directions:
Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside. Place unwrapped caramel candies and butter in a medium saucepan and melt over medium-low heat until smooth. Pour melted mixture over popcorn and carefully toss with a wooden spoon until evenly coated. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Once caramel popcorn mixture is cool enough to handle, form 2-inch sized balls and place on parchment paper. Dip one side of each popcorn ball in chocolate. Add sprinkles to the wet chocolate, and set aside until popcorn balls are completely cooled. Serve and enjoy!
