Lemon Pie In The Sky
Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:
4 oz. white vanilla candy melts
1 box lemon gelatin
zest of 1 lemon
juice of ½ a lemon
Popcorn Recipe Directions:
Pour Gaslamp Popcorn into a large bowl. Melt the white candy melts as directed and until completely smooth.
Pour the melted candy melts over the popcorn and gently stir until completely coated. Sprinkle lemon gelatin powder over popcorn and continue to gently stir until the powder is mixed, and all the popcorn is coated. Pour the popcorn onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper to allow the candy melts to set and dry.
Allow to set at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes, then sprinkle with lemon zest, lemon juice, and drizzle with yellow candy melts if desired. Serve immediately.
