Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:
8 cups Sea Salt & Olive Oil Popcorn
5 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
5 Tbsp. butter, divided
3 tsp eggnog extract, divided
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Popcorn Recipe Directions:
Spray large bowl, rubber spatula and piece of waxed paper with cooking spray; set aside. Place Gaslamp Popcorn in a large bowl.
Place 2-1/2 cups marshmallows and 2-1/2 tablespoons butter in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high 45 seconds or until marshmallows melt and mixture blends together smoothly when stirred. Stir in 1-1/2 teaspoons eggnog.
Pour marshmallow mixture over Gaslamp Popcorn in bowl. Toss with rubber spatula to coat. Divide mixture and shape into 6 balls. Place on waxed paper. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Repeat above steps with remaining popped corn, marshmallows, butter, extract and nutmeg.
