Pumpkin Popcorn Balls

Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:

    5 cups Gaslamp Sea Salt & Olive Oil Popcorn
    1 cup candy corn
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    3 cups miniature marshmallows
    4 drops red food coloring 4 drops yellow food coloring
    3 pretzel rods

Popcorn Recipe Directions:

Grease a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Place popcorn and candy corn into a large bowl and set aside. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Stir in marshmallows, red food coloring and yellow food coloring, adjusting color if needed to get a pumpkin shade of orange. When the marshmallows are completely melted, pour over the popcorn and stir to evenly distribute the candy and marshmallow mixture.

Spray your hands with cooking spray and mold the popcorn mixture into 6 balls. Place each ball in a muffin cup to set. Insert a broken off piece of pretzel rod to act as the stem, and mold the popcorn around it. Let stand until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.

My Mom and Dad and of course, me. My Mom purchased it at Vons in Oxnard, California. We sat and ate just about the entire bag at one sitting.
