Nutty Popcorn Cake

Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:

    8 cups Gaslamp Sea Salt & Olive Oil Popcorn
    1 stick of butter
    2 packages (10 ounces each) mini marshmallows
    3/4 cups dry roasted peanuts
    3/4 cups chocolate coated raisins (or any other chocolate candy)

Popcorn Recipe Directions:

Spray a bundt pan or any other cake pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows. Add popcorn and peanuts until combined. Let mixture cool slightly before mixing in chocolate coated candies or else they will melt into the popcorn mixture. Once chocolate coated raisins are added, transfer mixture into prepared dish. Let cool and set completely before turning dish upside down to get the "cake" out of the pan. Top with crushed peanuts, slice up your "cake", and enjoy!

Popping with pride I have to write and compliment you on your Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn. We have to say it is the BEST and I mean the BEST we have ever had. Who is, "we" do you ask? My Mom and Dad and of course, me. My Mom purchased it at Vons in Oxnard, California. We sat and ate just about the entire bag at one sitting. It wasn't hard at all due to the deliciousness of the popcorn. Keep up the great work, as I am sure everyone who bites into the Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn, smiles the sweetest smile.
