Lay popcorn on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Place white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 1/2 power in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Stir apple pie spice into melted white chocolate. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn and toss carefully to coat. Let harden, then break into pieces and serve. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Popping with pride I have to write and compliment you on your Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn. We have to say it is the BEST and I mean the BEST we have ever had. Who is, "we" do you ask? My Mom and Dad and of course, me. My Mom purchased it at Vons in Oxnard, California. We sat and ate just about the entire bag at one sitting.
