Better Buttery Cookie

Popcorn Recipe Ingredients:

    6 cups Gaslamp Sea Salt & Olive Oil Popcorn
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup Biscoff™ cookie spread
    2 cups mini marshmallows

Popcorn Recipe Directions:

Place Gaslamp Popcorn in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a large heavy sauce pan on medium heat, add butter and honey. When butter is melted, whisk in brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk the mixture until it comes to a boil. Allow it to bubble for about 5 minutes.

Take off heat and stir in the cookie spread - it will begin to thicken.
Add in the marshmallows to melt. Once the marshmallows have melted, pour the mixture over the popped popcorn. Stir the hot mixture all through the popcorn, until combined. Serve.

Popping with pride I have to write and compliment you on your Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn. We have to say it is the BEST and I mean the BEST we have ever had. Who is, "we" do you ask? My Mom and Dad and of course, me. My Mom purchased it at Vons in Oxnard, California. We sat and ate just about the entire bag at one sitting. It wasn't hard at all due to the deliciousness of the popcorn. Keep up the great work, as I am sure everyone who bites into the Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn, smiles the sweetest smile.
